For first installations we operate on an installation-only basis: you provide your own choice of hair extensions, which lets you buy your preferred brand, length and shade without salon markup. For full maintenance, relax and let us handle everything — a clarifying wash, deep conditioning, and a smooth blowout and straighten are built right into your appointment.

Two reasons, both in your favour. You bypass salon retail markups by buying your exact preferred colour, brand and length directly — brands like Beauty Works or Remi Cachet — and you pay solely for expert installation and blending, giving you full control over your budget and hair quality tier.
Your natural hair must be freshly washed with a clarifying shampoo, 100% dried and straightened before your appointment. Please do not apply conditioners, oils or serums near your roots, as this causes the extensions to slip. Extension hair is not supplied.
A full refit is required every 8 to 10 weeks. Leaving extensions past this point places weight on your natural hair as it sheds, which can cause strain or matting. Between refits, our per-strand quick-fix service keeps things looking full.
Everything: safe full removal of your existing nano rings, careful detangling of natural shedding trapped in the bonds, a deep clarifying shampoo and hydrating conditioning treatment, a professional blow-dry and straighten, a silk press, and a complete re-fit using brand-new silicone-lined nano rings.
No. There is no heat, glue or chemical bonding at any stage, and nano rings place the least possible tension on your roots. The critical part is attending your refit every 8 to 10 weeks — leaving them in too long is what causes strain.
Yes, mobile appointments are available and mobile fees apply — please check our terms and conditions. For mobile maintenance visits including a wash and blow-dry, we need access to a standard sink or shower setup, and a clear workspace with an electrical outlet. A minimum booking fee applies.
The strands themselves can be fully reused and moved up at each maintenance visit for up to a year, depending on the quality of the hair you buy. Better quality hair lasts noticeably longer.

Preparation
Before Your Treatment
Buy Your Hair in Advance
For first installations you provide your own extension hair — choose your preferred brand, length and shade and have it ready for your appointment.
Clarifying Wash
Wash your natural hair with a clarifying shampoo before your appointment to remove all product buildup.
Completely Dry & Straight
Your hair must be 100% dry and straightened on arrival. Damp or wavy hair prevents a secure, flawless fit.
No Oils or Serums
Do not apply conditioners, oils or serums near your roots — residue causes the nano rings to slip.
Allow Enough Time
A full head installation takes several hours. Come comfortable, and eat beforehand.
Mobile Appointments
For mobile visits, please ensure access to a sink or shower and a clear workspace with an electrical outlet. Mobile fees and a minimum booking fee apply.

Brush Daily
Use a soft extension-safe brush from the ends upwards, supporting the roots, to prevent tangling at the bonds.
Keep Roots Product-Free
Avoid conditioners, oils and serums at the root area — they loosen the rings. Apply from mid-length to ends only.
Dry Your Roots Properly
Never sleep with wet hair, and always dry the root area fully to prevent matting around the bonds.
Tie Hair Up at Night
A loose plait or low ponytail overnight dramatically reduces tangling and shedding at the bonds.
Book Refits Every 8–10 Weeks
Attend your maintenance appointment on schedule — overdue extensions place weight on shedding natural hair and can cause strain or matting.
Use the Quick-Fix Service
It's normal to lose a few strands to natural shedding. Our per-strand service pops them back in between refits so your look stays full.
