Your beauty and aesthetic treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you. To maintain the highest level of service for all clients, we enforce the following.

Deposits

We politely request a 50% deposit for all treatments to secure your booking. All deposits are deducted from the final cost of your treatment — the deposit is part of your treatment price paid in advance, never an additional charge.

Rescheduling

We kindly ask for 72 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With that much notice we can usually offer your slot to another client and move you to a new time at no charge.

Cancellation fees

Late cancellations and ‘no-shows’ cost us precious time and money. The following charges apply:

Notice given	Charge
72 hours or more	No charge
Less than 48 hours’ notice	25% of the deposit
Less than 24 hours’ notice	50% of the deposit
No-show	100% of the deposit

Payment processing

Please note that all bookings are processed through Stripe, which applies a non-refundable 1.6% + 30p processing fee. This fee is automatically deducted by Stripe and cannot be recovered, even if a full refund is issued — so it will be deducted from the amount refunded.

This is a charge applied by the payment provider, not a fee retained by Milliner & Joseph.
