Opatra Synergy in Crofton Park — FAQs
What does Opatra Synergy do?
It combines LED light, warmth, vibration and cooling Marble technology to firm the eye area, reduce puffiness and boost radiance across the face.
How far is the salon from Crofton Park?
About 1.3 miles — about 10 minutes by car. We are on Devonshire Road in Forest Hill, SE23, a few minutes' walk from Forest Hill station, which has direct trains from Crofton Park. Appointments are by booking only, so there is never a wait when you arrive.
Does it hurt?
Not at all. It is one of our most relaxing treatments.
Do you do home visits in Crofton Park?
Yes, for many of our treatments — spray tanning, massage, waxing, lashes, manicures and pedicures and more. Travel to Crofton Park is £10. Treatments that need the salon environment, such as microneedling, peels and injections, are salon-only.
How often should I have it?
Weekly or fortnightly for a course, then monthly for maintenance. It also works as a one-off refresh before an event.
Do you cover all of SE4?
Yes — every part of SE4, and the neighbouring areas of Honor Oak, Brockley, Ladywell and Catford. For home visits the travel fee is the same across the whole area.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
Yes — it is a great finishing step after a facial, dermaplaning or microneedling.
How do I book from Crofton Park?
Book online at any time through our booking page, or call 07803 285619. Evening appointments are available most weekdays and we open on Sundays. Out-of-hours and festive-season bookings carry a small surcharge.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. It is non-invasive and gentle enough for most skin types.
Do I need a patch test?
For lash extensions, tints, peels, BB Glow and a few other treatments, yes — at least 24 hours before your first appointment. Patch tests are free at the salon, and we can post a kit to Crofton Park if that is easier.
