Massage in Cheam, Sutton

Whether you need to switch off completely or work out knots from the gym or a desk, we have a massage for it. Clients in Cheam book Swedish and aromatherapy for relaxation, deep tissue and sports massage for aches and tension, and reflexology and percussion therapy for something different.

Every massage starts with a quick chat about what you need and any areas to avoid, and the pressure is adjusted to you — not the other way round.

Massage in Cheam — FAQs

Which massage should I choose?

Swedish or aromatherapy for relaxation; deep tissue or sports for tension, knots and recovery; reflexology for a foot-based whole-body treatment. If in doubt, tell us how you feel and we will suggest one.

How far is the salon from Cheam?

About 9 miles — about 40 minutes by car. We are on Devonshire Road in Forest Hill, SE23, a few minutes' walk from Forest Hill station, which has direct trains from Cheam. Appointments are by booking only, so there is never a wait when you arrive.

How long is a massage?

We offer 30, 60 and 90-minute options. For a full body, 60 minutes is the most popular.

Do you do home visits in Cheam?

Yes, for many of our treatments — spray tanning, massage, waxing, lashes, manicures and pedicures and more. Travel to Cheam is £20. Treatments that need the salon environment, such as microneedling, peels and injections, are salon-only.

Do you offer mobile massage?

Yes. We bring the couch, towels and oils to your home. There is a small travel fee based on distance from Forest Hill.

Do you cover all of SM3?

Yes — every part of SM3, and the neighbouring areas of Sutton, Belmont, Sutton, Rosehill and Worcester Park. For home visits the travel fee is the same across the whole area.

Can I have a massage if I am pregnant?

Yes, after the first trimester, with a specially adapted massage. Please let us know when you book.

How do I book from Cheam?

Book online at any time through our booking page, or call 07803 285619. Evening appointments are available most weekdays and we open on Sundays. Out-of-hours and festive-season bookings carry a small surcharge.

Is deep tissue massage painful?

It is firm and you may feel some discomfort on tight areas, but it should never be painful. Tell us and we adjust the pressure.

Do I need a patch test?

For lash extensions, tints, peels, BB Glow and a few other treatments, yes — at least 24 hours before your first appointment. Patch tests are free at the salon, and we can post a kit to Cheam if that is easier.
