BB Glow in Honor Oak, Lewisham
The shade is matched to your skin and the serum also nourishes while it tints. Most people see the best result after a course of three sessions, two to four weeks apart.
BB Glow uses microneedling to infuse a tinted, skin-matched serum just below the surface, giving a soft, foundation-like finish that lasts for weeks. Clients from Honor Oak love it for evening out tone, softening redness and reducing the time they spend on make-up every morning.

BB Glow in Honor Oak — FAQs
How long does BB Glow last?
A single session lasts a few weeks; after a course of three the result can last several months, gradually fading as your skin renews.
How far is the salon from Honor Oak?
About 0.9 miles — about 10 minutes by car. We are on Devonshire Road in Forest Hill, SE23, a few minutes' walk from Forest Hill station, which has direct trains from Honor Oak Park. Appointments are by booking only, so there is never a wait when you arrive.
Does BB Glow replace foundation?
For many people it replaces everyday foundation and evens the tone enough that they only use make-up for events. It is a soft, natural coverage rather than full coverage.
Do you do home visits in Honor Oak?
Yes, for many of our treatments — spray tanning, massage, waxing, lashes, manicures and pedicures and more. Travel to Honor Oak is £10. Treatments that need the salon environment, such as microneedling, peels and injections, are salon-only.
Does it work on darker skin tones?
Yes. The serums come in a range of shades and we match them to your skin at consultation.
Do you cover all of SE23?
Yes — every part of SE23, and the neighbouring areas of Crofton Park, Forest Hill, Brockley and Catford. For home visits the travel fee is the same across the whole area.
Is there downtime?
Minimal. Your skin may be pink for a day. Avoid make-up, sweating and sun for 24 to 48 hours.
How do I book from Honor Oak?
Book online at any time through our booking page, or call 07803 285619. Evening appointments are available most weekdays and we open on Sundays. Out-of-hours and festive-season bookings carry a small surcharge.
Do I need a patch test?

Do I need a patch test?
For lash extensions, tints, peels, BB Glow and a few other treatments, yes — at least 24 hours before your first appointment. Patch tests are free at the salon, and we can post a kit to Honor Oak if that is easier.
