Our eye treatments are designed to define your facial structure and reduce the need for daily makeup application. From full sets of eyelash extensions in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume and Angel styles, through to lash lifts, tints and expert brow shaping — every treatment is tailored to your eye shape, natural lash condition and the look you want.
Eyelash extensions add length, curl and fullness to your natural lash line, with styles ranging from a subtle “mascara look” to dense, high-drama volume. If you’d rather enhance what you already have, a lash lift semi-permanently curls your natural lashes from the root, and a tint adds deep, waterproof definition from root to tip. Well-groomed brows act as a natural facelift, instantly opening up the eye area.
Every treatment is performed by Tashia, a qualified therapist with Salon Gold insurance, at our Forest Hill studio. A patch test is required 24–48 hours before your first appointment if you have never had a lash lift or tint with us before.

Classics give the most natural “mascara look” for a subtle everyday enhancement. Hybrid adds a little more fluff and texture. Volume creates a fuller, denser, darker lash line for a glamorous look. Mega Volume is maximum drama and black-out density. Angel Lashes are a soft, wispy “wet-look” style with custom decorations. Tashia will recommend the best style for your eye shape and natural lashes.
To keep your lashes looking their best, infills are required every 2–3 weeks. You must have at least 40% of your extensions remaining to be charged the infill price — below that, a new full set is needed.

Not when applied and removed correctly. Each extension is weighted to suit your natural lash, and removal is done with a specialised gel or cream that dissolves the adhesive safely. Never pull or pick at your extensions — book a professional removal instead.

Preparation
Before Your Treatment
Patch Test First
If you have never had a lash lift, lash tint or brow tint with us, a patch test is required 24–48 hours before your first appointment.
Arrive Makeup Free
Come with clean lashes and brows — no mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow or moisturiser around the eye area.
No Oil-Based Products
Avoid oil-based cleansers, makeup removers and eye creams for 24 hours beforehand, as residue prevents the adhesive from bonding.
Skip Caffeine
Try to avoid caffeine before a long extension appointment — it can cause fluttering eyelids, which makes precise application harder.
Plan Your Time
Full sets take 2–3 hours, during which your eyes stay closed. Come relaxed, use the bathroom beforehand, and remove contact lenses if you wear them.
Tell Your Therapist
Mention any eye conditions, allergies, recent eye surgery, or if you're using lash-growth serums, so your treatment can be adapted safely.
Recovery & Results
After Your Treatment
First 24–48 Hours
Keep lashes completely dry for 24–48 hours after extensions or a lash lift, and avoid steam, saunas and hot showers so the bond or curl can fully set.
No Oil-Based Products
Standard oil-based cleansers break down the adhesive and the lift — use only a dedicated lash cleansing foam around the eye area.
Cleanse Regularly
Clean your lashes with lash foam and a soft brush to remove oils, makeup and debris. Clean lashes retain far better than neglected ones.
Brush Daily
Comb through with a clean lash wand each morning to keep extensions separated, groomed and aligned.
Don't Rub or Pick
Never rub your eyes or pull at your extensions — this takes your natural lashes with them. Book a professional removal instead.
Avoid Waterproof Mascara
If you wear mascara at all, avoid waterproof formulas, which require oil-based removers to take off.
Book Infills Every 2–3 Weeks
Rebook before you leave. With at least 40% of your extensions remaining you'll be charged the infill price rather than a new full set.
