Your beauty and aesthetic treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you. To maintain the highest level of service for all clients, we enforce the following:

Deposits: We politely request a 50% deposit for all treatments £25 and above to secure your booking. All deposits are deducted from the final cost of your treatment.

Rescheduling: We kindly ask for 72 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Fees: Late cancellations and ‘no-shows’ cost us precious time and money. The following charges apply:

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 25% of the treatment deposit will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment deposit will be charged.
• No-shows: 100% of the treatment deposit will be charged.
